2. Information We Collect

Account Information

When you register, we collect your name, email address, business name, industry type, and billing information.

Business Profile Data

We store your business name, industry, Google Review URL, and notification phone number to configure your AI agent.

Customer Data You Upload

When you add customers to the Platform, you provide their name and phone number. This data is used solely to initiate AI-powered quality check calls and send SMS follow-ups on your behalf.

Call Recordings & Transcripts

AI-hosted calls are processed and transcribed via Retell AI. Call summaries and sentiment scores are stored in connection with each campaign record.

Usage & Technical Data

We automatically collect IP addresses, browser type, device information, and usage logs to improve platform security and performance.

3. How We Use Your Information

  • To provide, operate, and improve the MeetCallie Platform
  • To configure and run AI voice agents on behalf of your business
  • To send SMS messages to your customers via Twilio
  • To process payments via Stripe
  • To send service-related notifications (not marketing) to your account email
  • To detect fraud, abuse, or security incidents
  • To comply with applicable legal obligations

4. Customer Phone Numbers & SMS Consent

You, as the business operator, are responsible for ensuring that the customers whose phone numbers you upload have consented to receive calls and/or text messages from your business. MeetCallie processes this data strictly as a data processor on your behalf.

AI voice calls are disclosed as AI-powered quality checks. SMS messages are sent from your registered Twilio number and include a relevant business context. We do not send marketing SMS on behalf of MeetCallie to your customers.

5. Third-Party Services

We share data with trusted third-party providers only as necessary to deliver our service:

Retell AI:AI voice calling infrastructure, call transcription, and sentiment analysis
Twilio:SMS message delivery to your customers
Stripe:Payment processing and subscription billing
Supabase:Secure database and authentication infrastructure
Vercel:Application hosting and deployment

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

6. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your subscription is active. Campaign records, including call transcripts and customer contact data, are retained for 12 months from creation and may be deleted at your request. If you cancel your account, we may retain limited data as required by law or for fraud prevention.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the following rights:

  • Access — Request a copy of the data we hold about you
  • Correction — Request correction of inaccurate data
  • Deletion — Request deletion of your personal data
  • Portability — Request your data in a portable format
